DATA PROTECTION AND COVID-19

To say that the last few months has been extraordinary is somewhat of an understatement. Families, workers, businesses, organisations, Governments and particularly, medical facilities have had to make huge efforts to manage the changes the pandemic has brought to all our doors! I want to commend the efforts of the medical community at this time.

Data protection has not stood still during this time, efforts to manage contact tracing both manually and through automated means have moved ahead with speed. Naturally, there are balances to be struck regarding this personal information gathering and below are assembled links to various sources of information in relation to this and general working protocols. I hope you find them helpful.
